The Women in Film Board of Directors has decided to cancel our Second Tuesday event due to an important scheduling conflict. The other event that we will be attending in place of our event is an industry meeting organized by IATSE 488. This meeting will focus on the upcoming proposed changes to the City of Seattle's Office of Film and Music, and the need for a focus on these industries in this economy that is focused on jobs and economic opportunities. This event is taking place on November 12 from 7 - 9 p.m. at the Southside Allstars Shop/Studio at 2010 Airport Way S, Seattle. WIF will be in attendance and we encourage our membership and other professionals to join us. Look for a separate posting on this event.
